Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead, train, and direct the on-site janitorial staff, ensuring safety and meeting the customer’s quality expectations. You will participate in daily cleaning tasks and oversee crew performance.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–11:00 PM. Responsibilities include directing the janitorial team, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, dusting, trash removal, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming; and ensuring reliable teamwork and compliance with supervisor

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a janitorial team and cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must undergo a background and basic drug screening.
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.
