Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in SUD field.
• Registered or Certified as AOD counselor with accredited entity.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift documentation, including End of Shift Reports and follow-up requests.
• Orient, train, and oversee staff and volunteers on assigned shifts.
• Provide guidance and leadership during shift and supervise program operations.
• Ensure adherence to documentation requirements and EHR tasks (TCM, shift summaries).
• Supervise medication management to ensure compliance.
• Support psycho-social rehabilitation groups and crisis counseling during shift.
• Foster relationships with community partners and connect clients to resources.
