Job summary

Labelink USA is seeking a reliable, motivated 2nd Shift Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Appleton, WI. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in a clean, organized work area, we’d love to hear from you. Shift details: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 2:20 PM–12:20 AM, with a 40-minute paid break.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential. You’ll support the production team by keeping the press area clean, stocked, and ready for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on changing responsibilities as production needs require.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized press area.
• Clean ink reservoirs, press parts, and tools and stage them for the next job.
• Mix and distribute adhesive and cleaning supplies to the presses.
• Assist press operators at the end of presses and with hand-packing specialty jobs.
• Support weekly and monthly cleaning activities throughout the facility.
• Perform general housekeeping and other production support duties as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
