Job summary

ABR Employment Services is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Crew Member in Appleton, Wisconsin. You will work on a Vboard production line, inspecting finished materials for quality and preparing them for shipment. This overnight position runs Sunday–Thursday from 9:55 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Good work history/tenure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to follow written production instructions.
• Dependable attendance for overnight shift.
• Willingness to learn different areas of production.
• Able to work up to 12-hour shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate, count, inspect, and pack finished products.
• Inspect products for lamination, printing, and appearance.
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare, build, stack, band, and wrap skids.
• Supply the appropriate paper and materials needed for production.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Communicate quality concerns to machine operators and team members.
• Read and follow production schedules and customer specifications.
• Help maintain production rates while minimizing waste.
• Assist with other production and machine operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Production Crew Member to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will work with products coming off a Vboard production line, inspecting finished materials for quality and preparing them for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Accumulate, count, inspect, and pack finished products
• Inspect products for proper lamination, printing, and overall appearance
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Prepare, build, stack, band, and wrap skids
• Supply the appropriate paper and materials needed for production
