Staff Perm, LLC is seeking an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair complex machinery in a dynamic industrial setting. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, disassembling, and replacing parts on mechanical and electrical equipment, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:30pm to 10:30pm and a $1/hr shift differential.

The position is contract-based, located in Lenexa, KS, and requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge,

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance experience with machinery.
Strong mechanical and electrical understanding of complex equipment.
Experience using basic hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of machine tools and their use.
Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.

Responsabilités

Repair and maintain machinery through inspection, troubleshooting, and root cause evaluation.
Disassemble machines and repair or replace broken parts.
Adjust functional components of mechanical devices as needed.
Clean and lubricate parts, order replacement parts, and inspect completed repairs.
Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to meet special needs.
Serve as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and issues.
