Job summary

Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs in Bemidji is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / HST for part-time evening shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, ensure safety and quality of care, and promote a respectful, person-centered approach within a long-term care setting at the MVH-Bemidji

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Nursing Assistant Registry or registered by time of hire.
• Able to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and take clear notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in a long-term nursing facility.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support residents' independence.
• Ensure safety and quality of care are provided at all times.
• Contribute to a caring environment that respects residents' dignity and choices.
