Job summary
Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for the Full-Time Evening Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM). Join a resident-centered team that values dependable care and provides opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Must hold Tennessee CNA certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Compassion for seniors and teamwork required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs.
- Help with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Report changes to nursing staff.
- Support meal service and feeding assistance.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Follow care plans and facility procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
