Job summary
Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the Full-Time Evening Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM). You will assist residents with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and supporting care plans in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA certification required.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation or long-term care preferred.
- Compassion for seniors and commitment to resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Measuring and recording vital signs.
- Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Supporting meal service, hydration, and feeding assistance.
- Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Following resident care plans and facility procedures.
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
