Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the evening shift to provide high-quality patient care and daily living assistance. You will support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and respect.

You will monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform duties that involve lifting, standing, and walking

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Participate in care conferences and individualized care planning
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
