Job summary

MilliporeSigma is hiring a detail-oriented manufacturing operator for a hands-on role in our production environment. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated and mechanical equipment, moving raw materials through the line and ensuring peak performance.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of EH&S, ISO, and cGMP standards. Shift: Fri-Sun 6pm-6am; pay $23–$36 per hour, with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience.
• Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Set up and adjust automated and mechanical equipment; move raw materials along the line.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and monitor production performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Keep work area organized and collaborate with the production team to maximize uptime and product quality.
