Job summary

MilliporeSigma in the United States is seeking a manufacturing technician to produce, purify and package chemical compounds used in semiconductors and life science products. You will follow approved procedures, maintain safety and quality, and work with SAP and ISO-quality systems.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 2pm–10:30pm. The role requires HS diploma and 3+ years in industrial settings; training on lab and manufacturing safety, PPE and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret written procedures.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce, purify and package chemical compounds to meet customer requirements.
• Stage materials using pallet trucks and PIT equipment.
• Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment.
• Perform in-process testing and update batch records and SAP per ISO procedures.
• Maintain safety practices and participate in operational excellence programs.
• Collaborate with teams to improve safety, quality and output.
