Job summary

Millipore Corporation in Jaffrey, New Hampshire seeks a detail-oriented, safety-focused manufacturing operator to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will set up and adjust automated and mechanical machinery, move raw materials, perform in-process quality checks, and collaborate with the team to maximize uptime and product quality.

This hands-on role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for an 8-hour shift, and compliance with EH&S, ISO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience
• Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production equipment in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Set up and adjust automated and mechanical equipment and move raw materials.
• Perform in-process quality checks and monitor production performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Maintain an organized work area and collaborate with the production team to maximize equipment uptime and product quality.
