Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented hourly Assistant Manager (full or part-time) in Utah to lead a dynamic team delivering from-scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches using honest, whole ingredients.

The successful candidate will manage scheduling, inventory, and customer service experiences while fostering a positive work environment. Must have at least 1 year in fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership and be 18+.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies
• You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position
