Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Hourly Assistant Manager (full or part-time) with a passion for quality food, service, and community. You will lead a team delivering from-scratch bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches, emphasizing honest, whole ingredients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team to offer menu selections from scratch baked bread & pastries plus soups, salads, and sandwiches
• Ensure customer service experiences are exemplary and align with Kneaders’ standards
