• Able to pay close attention to recipes and details
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist Bread Baker in crafting artisan breads using quality ingredients.
• Follow recipes and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Work shifts from 11 am to 7 pm with a Sunday rotation; flexibility during peak seasons.
