Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler to join a leading manufacturing organization in New Berlin, WI. The role focuses on assembling products per engineering docs, monitoring quality, and supporting production operations.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and can work well in a team. Evening shifts run 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM with potential for ongoing employment and skill development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills for updating manufacturing records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure high-quality output.
• Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status.
• Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to procedures.
• Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
• Assist in training other team members and resolve inquiries or issues.
