Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills required for routine tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble adjustable levers and related products using hand tools.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare labels and labeling of products and packages.
• Sort and package parts for shipment or inventory.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the assembly area.
• Support production flow to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Perform other duties within the department as assigned.
