The role supports rehabilitation after strokes and complex injuries, with an average stay of 2–3 weeks, enabling meaningful patient relationships and impact on recovery.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, supervise LPNs and PCAs, and coordinate communications with physicians, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Active IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• No experience required.
