Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide individual empowerment and advocacy to shelter residents.
Respond to hotline inquiries offering crisis support.
Conduct client screenings and documentation for shelter admissions.
Assist residents in accessing resources for housing and healthcare.
Facilitate resident group programming with the counseling department.
Ensure security and well-being of residents.
Organize donations and maintain shelter cleanliness.
Remain on-site to ensure 24/7 coverage of the shelter.
