Job summary

Spartanburg Community College is seeking a Coordinator of Evening Services to oversee and manage evening operations and events within the Student Life department. The role includes supporting the Student Hub, assisting with college services and student activities, and helping the team achieve its mission.

The position requires experience in customer service, administration, or event planning and an Associate's Degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative tasks, or event planning.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the Student Hub and other student areas during the evening hours.
• Participate in the strategic planning for assigned areas and overall departmental goals.
• Collaborate with the Student Life team to plan, organize and implement projects and events.
• Organize and maintain Student Life inventory.
• Maintain records of evening activities and report to the supervisor.
• Serve as the primary contact for evening inquiries and assistance.
• Provide accurate information about college services and resources.
• Coordinate with staff and security to address concerns.
• Communicate with faculty, staff, and students to address their needs.
