Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll work on consistent evening schedules close to home, collecting bagged trash and cardboard from doorsteps and transporting it to the on-site compactor.

You’ll service one or more nearby communities during your shift, stay active outdoors, and use our app to check in, track work, and upload photos.

Qualifications

• Own either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with an open utility trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with a data plan for our work app and SMS communications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using your truck or trailer.
• Service one or more nearby communities during your shift within the local area.
• Stay active by walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• Avoid long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
