Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. This role features an evening schedule close to home with no long-distance driving.

You’ll collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup or tow vehicle with a trailer. Expect 10–15+ hours per week with a consistent evening shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Own a vehicle suitable for towing or with an open-bed pickup.
• Smartphone with data plan for the work app and communications.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor using your vehicle.
• Service one or more apartment communities during your shift in the local area.
• Walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors during the shift.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
• Avoid long-distance driving, bulk-item collection, or off-site dumping.
