Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents who live there.

On service nights, you’ll collect bagged trash and cardboard from doorsteps, transport it to the on-site compactor using your open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with trailer, and stay active outdoors, walking and climbing stairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Own an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with an open utility trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Smartphone with data plan and ability to receive SMS updates.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby communities during your shift.
• Stay active by walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
