Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Liberty, MO. You will greet residents, assist with meal service, bus tables, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment for residents. Must be energetic, engage with residents, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualified applicants will communicate in English and enjoy working in a home-like setting. Shift is 3:30pm–7:30pm on Wednesday to Saturday; pay ranges from $15 to $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade level.
• Must be physically active; capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with meal service preparation and bussing tables.
• Support residents and maintain a tidy, safe dining environment.
• Communicate with supervisors about residents’ appetite and dietary changes.
