CMC Hotels is seeking an Evening (PM) Server for Il Falo Wood Fired Kitchen located inside The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. You will craft memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional service and high-quality food presentations in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The role demands hospitality or food service experience, a friendly, guest-focused demeanor, a strong work ethic, and teamwork. POS familiarity (Micros) and OpenTable are a plus, with ServSafe certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred).
• Experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, attentive guest service from greeting to check presentation.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
