Job summary

Foster's is seeking a friendly, dependable Server for evening shifts at Foster's & Co. Workspaces in San Antonio. The role offers consistent Thursday–Saturday evenings, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, with potential for additional event shifts and tip-based earnings.

Pay is $10.00/hour plus tips, with opportunities to engage guests in a unique hospitality environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving beverages per TABC rules, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming lounge

Qualifications

• Previous serving, bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for alcohol service where required).
• TABC Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional experience.
• Serve beer, wine, and other beverages in accordance with TABC regulations.
• Take drink and light food orders (if applicable).
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, inviting bar and lounge area.
• Restock beer, wine, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for private events.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guests have an outstanding experience.
