Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a part-time evening Resident Assistant for The Meadows of Mabel in Mabel, MN. The position offers a wage range of $15.00–$17.75 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour evening shift differential and credit for relevant experience.

The role is in-person, with scheduled evenings from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You will support residents with daily activities, build relationships, monitor well-being, and be part of a caring team dedicated to dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• A CNA or HHA certificate is preferred, but not required
• Entry-level role in healthcare — we will train compassionate individuals!

Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality of life of residents by providing personalized support for daily activities, fostering independence and dignity
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional companionship
• Monitor health and encourage participation in social activities
