Oakmont of Las Vegas, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Care Provider to assist residents with daily activities and provide compassionate support on a Sunday-Thursday shift from 2:30pm to 10:45pm. The role includes safety, dignity, and teamwork, with comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Applicants should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for elderly care. Training will be provided;Vaccination and health screenings may be required as per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform ADL tasks.
• Good communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any condition changes immediately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interaction with colleagues.
