Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a part-time nurse for the evening shift (4pm-9pm), 20 hours every two weeks, including every other weekend and holidays. The role involves medication administration, ADL support, and health monitoring in a caring, Christian environment.

Responsibilities include vital signs, nursing duties, meal assistance and ensuring safe, clean living spaces. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with state-specific medication training and lift-age rules

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED may be required based on working state.
• If a lift is used, meet minimum state age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and healthcare services to residents in a caring, safe manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, transferring and mobility.
• Obtain vital signs and report changes in resident health status promptly.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and adhere to OSHA/CDC guidelines and SDS procedures.
