Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a compassionate Resident Aide to support seniors at Twin Lakes, Montgomery OH. This part-time role runs 7:00 PM to 11:15 PM (20 hours per week) and provides essential daily assistance with bathing, grooming, meal service, mobility, and comfort in a caring, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift change reports
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience
• Launder residents' belongings
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff
