Premier Healthcare LLC is seeking a Residential Care Aide for the 3pm-11pm evening shift. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, support medication management, and help with mobility—all in a warm, safe environment designed to promote independence and dignity.

Qualificações
- Direct care including bathing, dressing, grooming
- Support with medication management and meals
- Maintain safe environment following infection control
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care plans
- Communicate with residents, families and staff
Responsabilidades
- Assist with evening meal service and resident care activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Participate in training and education to stay updated
- Maintain accurate records of resident care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
