Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks a Self-Park Supervisor to oversee daily operations across five Self-Park lots at BNA Airport, supervising cashiers, ensuring accurate banks and drops, and maintaining reliable communication with customers and maintenance crews. You will dispatch staff, handle calls, run revenue reports, resolve issues, and set the team up for success each day.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for five Self-Park lots and the staff of cashiers.
• Ensure cashier banks and drops are accurate and report shift changes.
• Monitor equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Handle internal and external calls and assist with requests.
• Dispatch cashiers/technicians for tasks and occasionally serve as cashier/technician.
• Communicate interdepartmentally via phone and email.
• Resolve issues and set the team up for daily success.
