Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, report unusual conditions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per procedures.
• Monitor access activity and visitor movement to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
