Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity to deter theft and ensure safety for customers and employees.

• Respond to exit door alarms and verify receipts when alarms are activated.
• Conduct routine patrols of the store and surrounding areas.
• Provide visible security presence to prevent shoplifting and policy violations.
• Document incidents, suspicious activity, and security concerns in reports.
• Work with store management and staff to address safety or security issues.
• Provide professional customer service while enforcing store policies.
