Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel following site procedures.
• Screen personnel, packages, and vehicles entering designated areas according to site rules.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, documenting activities as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; escalate as needed per reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
