• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive for work use.
• Successful background check as applicable to position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front security desk after hours and monitor access.
• Monitor building security cameras and respond to emergencies.
• Document lease violations and communicate with property management.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and snow removal as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment around Leasing Office and common areas.
• Communicate safety incidents to CAReS staff and day staff.
