Northeast Security is seeking a Security Concierge Officer to staff premiere Class A buildings in Cambridge, MA. The role is full-time, 2nd shift, with a pay rate of $27.00/hour and on-site parking.

The concierge acts as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional client service and representing the building and its clients with professionalism. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, staying at post, coordinating with security teams, and ensuring clear, courteous

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• Neat and professional appearance; dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Front-facing concierge representing the building and clients.
• Maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanor at all times.
• Keep a professional appearance and stay on post.
• Exhibit strong phone manners and written/verbal communication skills.
• Notify supervisors of serious incidents in a timely manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow procedures.
• Maintain communications with security personnel and update on policy changes.
