Job summary

Pocono Mountain School District seeks a responsible Second Shift Security officer to protect students, staff and campus property in Swiftwater, PA. The role runs 1:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. on Fri–Tue with a $18.25 hourly rate plus a $0.75 differential.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a PA driver’s license, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly in writing and speech. Salary commensurate with the Security Compensation Agreement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• One year’s experience in Security (preferred).
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

• Security assists in the security and protection of all students, staff, community members and property of the Pocono Mountain School District.
