Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and random mobile patrols and inspect for hazards.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; involve law enforcement or responders as needed.
• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV, and fire detection equipment; report malfunctions.
• Document activities and incidents in daily logs with clear reports.
• Ensure doors and gates are secured; conduct safety inspections.
• Interact with clients and the public; provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when reporting security concerns.
