Job summary

Applitrack is partnering with Upper Moreland Township School District to fill a Co-Curricular Nurse (Licensed, Non-Certified) role at Upper Moreland Middle School. This part-time position involves evening hours, 3 hours per day, twice a week, with possible weekend coverage up to 10 hours on Saturdays, for 10 months.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN active PA license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Ability to establish cooperative and effective working relationships.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Must report to work based on the needs of the student(s).
• Lift up to 20 pounds and use office equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and nursing records for student(s).
• Identify health problems and inform staff and administration as necessary.
• Dispense prescribed medication and health services as directed by a physician order.
• Provide care for first aid, accidents, and illnesses.
• Complete state required paperwork and reports promptly.
• Serve as liaison between parents and the district on health matters.
