Job summary

FLIK Independent School Dining in Wilbraham, MA is hiring NIGHT COOKs for full-time and part-time roles. The position offers daytime shifts 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm with onsite work and benefits. Previous POS and cooking experience is preferred; online applications are accepted for this posting.

Qualifications

Requirement: Previous point of sale and cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares food in accordance with established standards and ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
Serves meals and prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, and ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and arranged nicely.
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat and ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
