Qualifications

Any experience and training which provide the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
Maintenance experience in a school setting or large building (preferred).
Experience with lawn care: mowing grass and managing weeds and brush (preferred).
Experience removing snow and ice from stairs and walkways around large buildings (preferred).
Experience performing minor maintenance on tools and equipment used daily (preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintain buildings and equipment (operational and remedial).
Perform grounds care including mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
Operate trucks under five tons and assist with parking areas as needed.
Move supplies and perform preventive maintenance on grounds equipment.
