Job summary

Boone Central Schools is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Facilities Operations staff member to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This 12-month, full-time role supports daily school operations and ensures facilities are well-maintained and ready for learning.

The shift is 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility for alternative hours based on district needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and routine custodial duties throughout school facilities.
• Assist with building maintenance, event setup and teardown, and report facility repairs or safety concerns in a timely manner.
• Support the daily operation of the school by working collaboratively with staff, students, and administration while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow district policies and procedures, including safety, security, and proper handling of cleaning equipment and supplies.
