Job summary

Equitas Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Housekeeping Staff member for the daily operation of keeping the school clean and organized. The shift runs 1:30-10:00pm, Monday through Friday, reporting to the School Operations Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Fingerprinting and a TB test are mandatory, with CPR/First Aid certification expected within 60 days of hire. Competitive benefits apply.

• Experience in maintenance or related roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fingerprinting and TB testing required.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the facility including bathrooms, kitchen, classrooms and common areas.
• Responsible for cleanup after student meals.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform maintenance on appliances or equipment as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor, staff, students, and parents.
• Other duties as assigned.
