Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to be on time daily and follow written instructions.
• Ability to keep records of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate equipment.
• Strong communication with staff, students, and visitors.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and email software.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and lock buildings as needed.
• Wet mop floors and operate cleaning and basic maintenance equipment.
• Clean rooms, wash ceilings and fixtures, and replace lighting lamps.
• Assist with programs and events and supervise during activities.
• Support safety, security, and reporting of maintenance concerns.
