Qualifications

• Alternatives to the above qualifications may be considered by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains boilers and major equipment.
• Supervises painting and general repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical areas.
• Replaces broken windows and assists in remodeling work.
• Maintains school grounds and assists in snow removal.
• Oversees general cleaning and maintenance of the building.
• Maintains inventory and requisitions supplies and fuel as needed.
• Ensures opening/closing and secures doors/windows daily, turning off non-essential lights.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
