Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Experience in building cleaning or minor maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors with appropriate equipment.
• Clean walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures; dust and polish furniture.
• Assist students, staff and public as needed.
• Perform snow/ice removal and basic maintenance tasks.
