Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time JANITOR positions at Lake Hamilton Middle School in Pearcy, AR. The schedule runs 3:30 pm to 12:00 am with flexibility for most scheduling needs.

Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required. You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance tasks to keep facilities safe and orderly, with opportunities for training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work evenings and adapt to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Cleans assigned areas using appropriate materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Contributes to team professionalism and assists others as needed.
