Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated janitor to keep school facilities in Bentonville, AR clean and orderly. You will perform heavy cleaning duties, manage trash, and maintain a safe environment for students and staff.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, Monday through Friday, with evening shifts. Prior cleaning experience is required. We provide training, a comprehensive benefits package, and same-day pay opportunities to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and place back in correct position.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls and windows to maintain a clean environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and completes tasks.
• Performs tasks per supervisor and follows safety guidelines.
• Works to maintain a clean, safe environment.
