Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors.
• Machine shampoo carpeting.
• Clean walls, vents, fixtures, and glass surfaces.
• Wash interior and exterior windows and doors.
• Empty trash, maintain restrooms, and replenish supplies.
• Change accessible light bulbs and report repairs.
• Notify management of needed maintenance.
• Remove snow/ice and apply salt when needed.
• Organize custodial closets and supply rooms.
• Move and arrange furniture for events as directed.
